做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
