做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
