做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
