做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
