做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
