做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝。 -
