做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
