做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
