做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
