做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
