做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
