做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
