做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
