做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
