做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
