做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
