做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
