做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
