做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
