做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
