做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
