做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
