做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
