做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
