做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
