做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
