做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
