做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
