做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
