做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
