做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
