做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
