做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
