做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
