做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
