做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
