做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
